Sealed Tickets are encrypted tickets that keep the QR code hidden until shortly before the event. This prevents fraud, such as reselling the same ticket multiple times or a seller using the ticket after selling it. Zazu uses Sealed Tickets to ensure a secure and reliable ticketing experience, giving buyers confidence that their tickets are valid and preventing misuse by sellers.
As soon as you can download your ticket you will receive an email about this.
The entry time stated on your Early Entrance ticket is final, and you are responsible for arriving on time. Late entry is allowed, but the Early Entrance conditions still apply. Arrivals after the "designated time" will be required to pay the difference between their ticket and the Final General Admission price at the door. (PIN only)
You can always put your ticket(s) up for sale on TicketSwap (our official ticket resale partner). You can do this through the link in the confirmation email.
Keep in mind that the maximum asking price for a resold ticket is 120% of the original ticket price and that selling your ticket(s) to a new visitor always happens via Secure Swap. This ensures that tickets are secured and will only be unlocked for the final buyer.
Please do not use any other third parties as we cannot check those tickets and send new barcodes like with TicketSwap.
Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled. We appreciate your understanding.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change your ticket type after purchase. Each ticket type has its own access conditions and pricing. If you prefer a different ticket type, you can try selling your current ticket via TicketSwap and purchase the one you prefer (if still available).
If you cannot find your ticket you can search for it using the Weeztix search tool.
The minimum age to get in is 18 years old. Your identification can be checked at the entrance and people who are under 18 will be refused entrance.
It is important to us that our visitors look good. So that means no caps (sport caps e.g. Baseball caps, Nike caps etc), shoulderbags (men) tracksuits or other sportswear.
Casual or rather Chiq? it all fits ZAZU, today's fashion gives plenty of room for your creativity to expand.
*Dress codes may differ per venue so make sure to always check the rules of the venue.
Yes, you are allowed to. But it is not allowed to conduct promotional activities at the event without permission.
Photos and video footage will be recorded during the events. The organization has permission to use these images at subsequent events for promotional purposes.
For security reasons, visitors will always be searched. Visitors must cooperate and follow the instructions of the organization.
ZAZU has a zero tolerance policy on weapons, knives and drugs. Be aware that your access to the event will be denied if the security finds any drugs, weapons or knives on you (at the entrance or during the event).
